Thistle Bookshop & Cafe has opened up RSVP spots for my launch on February 20:

This it my very first book launch in my hometown and I can’t wait! I’ll be in conversation with my friend and fellow author, Tanaz Bhathena. The bookshop has limited seating though, so if you know for sure that you want to come and are definitely free, email Thistle to secure your spot.

If you’re in southern Ontario and can’t make this event or it fills up before you get the chance to RSVP, there will be another event in Waterloo, Ontario a few weeks later (details to be announced).

PREORDER CAMPAIGN

Readers have been asking where they can get signed preorders. Initially, my answer was “nowhere”, because I just didn’t think I was going to be able to juggle everything. But! Words Worth Books (my old indie bookstore) has stepped in to help.

What does this mean?

It means if you order from Words Worth, you’ll get a signed and personalized copy of Heartless Hunter and an exclusive print of K. Lynn Smith’s “hurty flirty” rendering of Rune & Gideon. (Readers who attend the launch at Thistle Bookshop and buy a copy from the bookseller will also get one of these prints.)

IMPORTANT: To preorder, you’ll need to make an account with Words Worth Books. Then, in the “instructions or comments” section at checkout, very clearly write the exact personalization you want. (Ex: “For Thea” or “To Will”.) Otherwise your book will only come signed, not personalized.

If you’re ordering from outside of Canada, know that prices are in CAD. (Ex. If you’re in the United States, $20 CAD is roughly $15 USD.)
