I can finally tell you my secret

Plus some September events

Yesterday Publisher’s Weekly announced a (formerly) secret book by yours truly. Here’s the official announcement:

My personal pitch goes like this:

TEMPTING FATE is about a vampire princes who gets entangled in a forbidden romance with the werewolf bodyguard secretly plotting to take her and her family down.

I’m still drafting it, but as of right now the book comes out in 2026 (one year after Rebel Witch). I realize 2026 is a long way away, so in the meantime, here’s the tiniest of teasers:

I’ll be spending this month working on Tempting Fate, as well as on some bonus content for Rebel Witch. I can’t wait to tell you where that bonus content will end up yet, but hopefully soon!

September Events

September 7: SALEM LITERARY FESTIVAL (Salem, MA)

I have a panel on the Saturday and will also be signing books. This event is FREE, but if you’re planning to come please register here so they can get an idea of numbers.

September 19: SLOW BURN BOOKS (Calgary, AB)

I’ll be signing books from 5:30-7pm. The event sold out within the hour (before I could even get this newsletter out!) however: you can get on the waitlist by emailing info@slowburnbooks.ca. (And if you can’t get in, but live in Alberta, I’ll be doing another event in Lethbridge two days later—see below.)
